General shipping info
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
- In stock items typically ship the next business day - delays may occur during peak times (Black Friday through to Christmas) due to a high volume of orders
- We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays
- Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse
- You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
Shipping Method
At checkout you may choose between the following options for your delivery;
- Can be left at the front door if nobody home or;
- A signature is required on delivery
Heads up! By selecting shipping without a signature, you'll be responsible for protecting your order from weather damage, theft or getting lost once your parcel(s) have been delivered.
By selecting shipping where a signature is required, someone must be home to accept the parcel(s). If no one is available to accept, your order will be sent to the nearest depot for collection and redelivery fees will apply if not collected.
Delays & RTS
- We have no control over delays once an order has been processed by the shipping carrier
- If your order was returned to us because of a wrong address entered by you or it was not collected, you will be liable for the cost of the re-delivery fees
- We do not issue refunds if an order is delivered late / is sent back because it was incorrectly addressed by you / was not collected after an attempted delivery / any local taxes or duties were refused to be paid and the order returned to Australia / the order was refused
Australia
- We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $130 in Australia
- We ship from our Warehouse in Melbourne
- Typical delivery times include 2-6 business days for the East Coast
- Typical delivery times include 5-12 business days for the West Coast and remote areas
We also offer the option of Express Post. This is an additional cost calculated at checkout, processed next business day (not weekends).
Typical delivery times for Express Post include:
- East Coast: 1-3 business days
- West Coast and remote: 3-5 business days

- We offer FREE international shipping on orders over $150 USD for our mates in the States
- We ship from our Australian Warehouse in Melbourne

Good news for our customers in the USA - goods imported for personal use that are under $800 (total order value) are free from import tax. Please be sure to still check these out with your local government to avoid any nasty surprises. Any charges that are applicable are out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself.
We also offer the option of Express International Delivery where a signature will be required to receive your order. This is an additional cost calculated at checkout and processed next business day (not weekends). Typical delivery times for Express Shipping include 3-7 business days.

TRACK MY DELIVERY IN THE US
Once your order is in the US, the United States Postal Service will take over delivery. They may allocate a courier based on delivery location.

If an attempted delivery was made, and a notice left you may:
- Schedule a Redelivery, or
- You can pick up your mail item at the Post Office™ facility indicated on the notice beginning the next business day. You must present valid photo ID and need to bring in the notice left by the Carrier. Use Postal Locator to find your local office.
If this item is unclaimed by the RETURN DATE, then it will be returned to sender.
United Kingdom
- Shipping costs to the UK will be calculated at check out
- We ship from our Australian Warehouse in Melbourne
- Typical standard delivery times include 6-10 business days
- If you have more than one item in your order, we may ship these separately and from different warehouses depending on stock availability - so don't be surprised if you receive two tracking numbers
Good news for our customers in the UK - goods imported into UK that are under £135 GBP (total order value and no including the cost of shipping) are free from import tax.
